1. Introduction

Welcome to TerraBit.live (the "Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, AI trading bot, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

TerraBit is an AI-powered trading bot that provides automated trading strategies. The Platform is operated by TerraBit Ltd., a company registered under the laws of [Jurisdiction].

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not a resident of any country where cryptocurrency trading or our Services are prohibited by law.
• You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. AI Bot License Fee

To activate the AI trading bot, you must pay a one-time, non-refundable fee of $10 USD (or equivalent in cryptocurrency). This fee grants you lifetime access to the bot's trading features and the referral system. The fee is non-refundable even if you choose to stop using the Services or if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms.

4. Investment Packages

After paying the bot fee, you may select an investment package from the following options: $100, $200, $300, $500, or $1000. The AI bot will use the funds in your chosen package to execute trades. You acknowledge that:

• The bot targets a 1% daily return, but past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Trading involves risk; you may lose part or all of your invested capital.
• TerraBit does not guarantee any specific return or profit.

5. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn commissions from the daily profits of your downline (up to 7 levels). The commission structure is as follows:

• Level 1: 15% of downline's daily profit
• Level 2: 7%
• Level 3: 2.5%
• Level 4: 2.5%
• Level 5: 2.5%
• Level 6: 1%
• Level 7: 1%

Referral commissions are paid daily from the profits generated by your downline. TerraBit reserves the right to modify the referral structure or suspend any accounts engaged in fraudulent referral activity.

6. 3x Income Cap and Top-Up

Your total income (trading profits + referral commissions) from a given package cannot exceed 3 times the package amount. For example, a $100 package has a maximum total payout of $300. Once you reach this cap, the bot will stop generating profits from that package. To continue earning, you must top‑up (purchase a new package). The one‑time bot fee does not need to be paid again.

7. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TerraBit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or fraud.
• Manipulate the referral system (e.g., creating fake accounts).
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or TerraBit's systems.

9. Fees and Payments

All payments are processed in USDT (BEP20) or other cryptocurrencies as supported. You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by the blockchain network. The $10 bot fee is non-refundable. Withdrawals of profits may be subject to a minimum amount and processing time as specified on the Platform.

10. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading and AI bot investments involve substantial risk. You acknowledge that:

• The value of cryptocurrencies can be highly volatile.
• The AI bot may incur losses due to market conditions, technical issues, or unforeseen events.
• TerraBit does not provide financial advice; all investment decisions are your own.
• Past performance of the bot is not indicative of future results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerraBit and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

12. Modification of Terms

TerraBit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law
